Return Policy and Instructions

*All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be exchanged or returned for an online credit within 14 days of DATE of purchase.

*You may not return or exchange:  sale/clearance items and jewlery

*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.  If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, you will not be given an online credit and the items will be sent back to you.

*You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.  If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

*All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items and jewelry are FINAL.

In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form that was included with your order and mail it to:

Once your package is received please allow 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.

*If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
